Our stylish Settlers’ Cottage is an 1880’s two-bedroom, one-bathroom timber farmhouse with a wraparound porch, two fireplaces, an intimate lounge, and an eat-in chef’s kitchen. Decorated with custom-made contemporary furniture and restored to its heritage condition, the Settler’s Cottage is the embodiment of vintage elegance.

The Homestead is a sophisticated two-story house overlooking the Donnelly River. It features five luxurious bedrooms with individual ensuite bathrooms, a soaring lounge with log fireplace, an elegant chef’s kitchen and spectacular views across the river, vineyard, and Easter National Park.The Homestead provides a secluded, luxury getaway, perfect for celebrating a special occasion or escaping into nature. 

 

Vintner's Residence

Our elegant Vintner’s Residence, located at the pinnacle of the estate, overlooks the Donnelly River Valley and beyond to Black Point and the Southern Ocean. The house boasts two large wooden deck spaces for entertaining, asprawling chef’s kitchen, and five luxurious bedrooms with individual en-suite bathrooms.The Vintner’s, nestled in pristine nature and sprawling vineyards, offers the experience of total luxury, paired with complete privacy.
