stay for unforgettable experiences
Welcome to the Manjimup Visitor Centre!
We are a not-for-profit, community-run small business designed to introduce you to some of the sights and sounds of our beautiful corner of the Southern Forests and Valleys region.
We are staffed by a small number of committed locals, who love to chat about the sights, sounds and tastes of our special region. Drop in to pick up all the local maps and information you will need to make the most out of your time here.
Our Gift shop offers a range of items, from local produce including truffle products, honey and fruit to leather or woodcraft items, as well as keepsakes to remember your visit (We are proud to stock a large range of locally-produced food and gift items).
The Visitor Centre is also where you can buy tickets to the Power Up Museum, which explores the history of electricity in Western Australia since the State Electricity Commission of Western Australia was formed in 1946. ...
Or the State Timber Museum, which chronicles the early history of the area when the southern forests were first opened up to motley crews of timber cutters – the first settlers to the area.
